Article Review

Ever since I was a little boy, I have been a Denver Broncos fan. I have had seven jerseys and a 6-foot tall Peyton Manning poster on my wall. I'm always staying up to date with any news regarding new player additions, trades, stats, and scores. I though I would look at one of the Bronco's new players, Kareem Jackson, and noticed that his page was lacking some things. These issues include the article being out of date, the lack of important information, and dead links in the references section.

Age

I noticed that Jackson's page stated that he plays for the Houston Texans, which is not his current team. Jackson has recently signed with the Denver Broncos as of March 11th, 2019 . It is very important for this to be updated because the Denver Broncos have a huge and loyal fan base. Fans who are unaware of who their new player is, or fans who would just like to know more about him, will want to look him up. Seeing this may throw off the readers, causing them to look for his information elsewhere. When changed, his contract information must also be included so people know how much money he will earn as part of the Broncos. I expect that this will be changed right away since he switched teams recently.

Lack of Information

Athletes are some of the most rich and famous groups of people in the world. Big time fans like knowing certain information that may lead them to relate to the players. This article lacks early information about Kareem Jackson. The article does include the basic information regarding his high school and college football careers, but it does not include much information regarding his early years. Early life information usually included the person's parents, place of birth, and anything that may show or hint how that person learned their talent. The article only includes his date of birth and is considered the only information that is before his high school information. If more information was included regarding Jackson's childhood, then it would give the article more content.

Dead Links

When I was clicking through the links on the article, I noticed that some links opened to an error, or just took me to the website where the article/information used to exist. These links need to be erased or replaced if there is no information provided in the links.

Summary

In conclusion, I'd still consider this a solid article that needs some minor changes to the information and references. I would also say that more information could be included in this article because Kareem Jackson is one of the NFL's best corners. I would include more information regarding his childhood, and more information regarding his 2018 season.
