Born in 1994, Justin Guignard is a New Brunswick singer, composer and arranger.

Biography

Justin Guignard, Tenor, was born in Moncton, New Brunswick and lives there still. He has been taking voice lessons with Melody Dobson since the age of nine. He has, in 2009, won the New Brunswick Provincial Music Festival Finals and, later on that year, finished second in the maritime based competition Maritime Idol. Previous awards inlcude the Most Outstanding Junior Vocalist of 2007 and the Moncton Music Festival Winner of 2007. He has attended multiple workshops with renowned music educators such as Ginette Duplessis, Nhat-Viet Phi, Michel Deschênes and Richard Gibson. As an arranger, he has arranged multiple songs for the Jeunes Chanteurs d'Acadie, the École Mathieu-Martin Concert Band and the Trio Ingenue. As a composer, he has composed mostly for choir and concert band.
