As indicated by my username, my name is Jacqueline Floch. I am French. I have lived in Norway over 25 years. I am a senior scientist in the field of software engineering. I currently work at SINTEF in Trondheim. I have contributed to various research areas such as software architectures, model driven engineering, and mobile and pervasive computing. Mobile and pervasive computing have changed my focus from software system internals to user centred design. The last years I have contributed to the areas of end user development. I am particularly interested in the theme of cultures of participation in software development, but also more generally on Internet.
I am an active user of Wikipedia. I read articles in the English, Norwegian (Norsk bokmål) and French (Français) pages. I am not a contributor to the edition of articles. At least, not yet. The reason why I have joined is that I have, in relation to some of my research, discovered errors in some articles. I would like to correct them.
