Migrant Integration Policy Index

The Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) is a publication and website published by the British Council and the Migration Policy Group which evaluates and compares what governments are doing to promote the integration of migrants in all EU Member States and several non-EU countries. It uses over 100 policy indicators to create a picture of migrants' opportunities to participate in European and North American societies. The policy areas examined are: labour market access, family reunion, long-term residence, political participation, access to nationality, anti-discrimination and education. The countries included in the MIPEX study are: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
