Opinions on category 4 and 5 hurricanes edit

Some tropical cyclone pressures are not very agreeable. Category 5 hurricanes on average have pressure of under 930 millibars. These storms need an upgrade by 20 mph (if the storm is 150 mph, upgrade that by 25 mph). With all belief, I think these tropical cyclones need an upgrade to cat 5:
