About Me edit
I was born and live in Melbourne, Australia and work in a specialist capacity with one of the emergency service organisations here. Previously I worked in the aviation industry for a number of years. I graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business, and completed post-graduate studies some years ago as well. I have travelled in over 20 countries, spending 10 months in Europe and the UK, as well as some months in East Asian countries such as Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. Japan, New Zealand and the United States were my most recent overseas destinations. In the USA in 2013 I (with a school friend) drove Route 66 from LA to Chicago. In 2017 we drove over 7,000 kms through several western and south western states.
My interests outside of family life include aerospace, automobiles, technology and 20th century history. Hobbies include swimming, cycling, travel and supporting my AFL football team, Essendon (the Bombers).
