My minor adaptations:

Album

==Fair Use Rationale for the article [[]]==
*The cover is used to represent an album, ''[[]]'', by a well-known musician, [[]]
*This image has been used in several websites, and so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is
*The image is of low resolution
*The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the album
*The image does not limit the performer or record company's ability to sell the album
*The only purpose of the image is to help describe the album ''[[]]'' and no other purpose

Logo (from a different example)

edit
==Fair Use Rationale for the article==
# The material is not being used in a manner that would imply endorsement by or for the logo's respective company
# No free equivalent will ever be available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
# The image is of low resolution, which does not interfere with this logo by its respective company in trade
# The image used for educational and informational purposes by Wikimedia Foundation, a non-profit organization.
# The logo is the consistent visual representation of the company; it identifies and describes [[]] in a way that words cannot
