The Wikimedia Foundation and IBISWorld's Quality Project

The Wikimedia Foundation and IBISWorld share the goals of empowering and engaging people around the world, collecting and developing educational content and to disseminating it effectively and globally.

One of our key goals in this project is to help to continually improve Wikipedia's already high standard of quality, especially in relation to economic, industry and business data, our areas of expertise.

Part of this process requires us to upload and update relevant information and facts from our studies on to wiki pages. Like Wikipedia, all our information is completely unbiased. Both our qualitative and quantitative studies are stringently scrutinized and clearly backed by meticulous research and resources.

IBISWorld never promotes companies, governments or individuals. We are industry and economic researchers. We are already providers of industry analysis and economic data to many of the world's largest universities, libraries, governments and international institutions. We believe it is part of our job to continually work to improve and bolster the quality of information freely available on the internet.
