I'm a Renaissance man and a lousy speller. I paint cityscapes and portraits in oil, write novels (historical and contemporary) and essays (and publish some of them), and am very fond of opera (and know a great deal about it). My interests also include painting, history, architecture, physics, literature, women, politics, and some other things.
I have a website titled The Huffy Cow that references my blog Scandalous Opinions and includes the free (so far) online magazine Easy Thought which I edit (and for which I consider contributions from anyone provided they're well-written and original in concept.
