editMelaccta Films is a Irish film production company founded in 1920 by Louis Devillers. The company was produced those works in Irish arthouse films, but known for it's five Nazi-related works between 1957 to 1965. In 2011, after the Gaza War, the company donated 6 films to Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe for his founder. Until 2012, the studio continously active and is headquartered at Dublin, Ireland.

Stéphane Van Campfort (Hebrew: סטפן ואן קמפפורט) was a Belgian retired former professional bodybuilder and actor that was born on 20 March 1925 in Tel Aviv, and he grew up in Antwerp, Belgium. His two childrens are from a African-American descent, and his father—Charlie Beattie—are a sons of the Stéphane Van Campfort.
In 1946, Van Campfort married Dan Virginie Beattie (born on January 13, 1911 to two Beattie sons from the Austria-Hungary emmigrants in Budapest). In 1953, they moved from Antwerp to Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh, when Van Campfort registered a $80,000 (riel) and sent to Paris, France. In 1962, Van Campfort set a new national film archive named Khmer Rouge National Film Library, which is located at Paris.
