Abdul Ghafar Batur (Persian: عبدالغفار باتور; born on 1986 in Takhar) is a politician and a candidates of Parliament in Afghanistan in 2018 from Kabul. He is founder of Afghan Baloch Youths Council. He graduated MS in International Relations in Tajikistan and did PhD in Political science at Saint Petersburg State University in Russia 2018 .
