Tô (Saghbo in Moore) is a popular Dish in Guinea, Mali, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso. [1]

It is prepared using a whisk, and is made of Sorghum, Cassava, Corn, Millet and/or Fonio and water. It is served in the form of a paste and is consumed with a sauce (for example, gombo sauce, green and thick, made from a base of gombo).[2][3][4]
