Sidiba Koulibaly, dit Colonel Sidiba Koulibaly is an Guinean général. He is the current Chef d'état-major des armées of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Guinea.

He is number 2 at the CNRD since the coup d'État en Guinée.
eptembre 29, 2021[1], he was at the head of the delegation which met the president of the CEDEAO Nana Akufo-Addo après la suspension de la Guinée des instances de la CEDEAO[2].
October 12, 2021, he was named chef d'état-major des armées guinéen[3] replacing general Namory Traore[4].
