History edit

The band started its career in the spring of 2001 as a cover band under the name "Reckless Life ", which is also known as a song from Guns N' Roses. Playing cover songs was not what the band wanted to do so they started making their own songs.

In 2005 Kuopio was chosen to be the Popcity of the year in Finland and Reckless Love got to be a part of the Popcity -project. The project was planned to help local bands in their careers and to get international exposure. There were three more bands in the project; Rainbowcrash, Svat and Sideshow Zombies. Reckless Love made a mini tour called "Scandinavian Tour" with Steel Frank (also from Kuopio) in the end of the July 2005. The tour took the band to Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Crashdïet released an album "The Unattractive Revolution" and made an European tour. About one and a half years later, on 13th of July 2008, the band told on their website that Olli Herman has left the band, because he can not fully work in two bands.
