Anorak Magazine ...

Anorak is 'the Happy Mag’ for Kids. Since its launch in 2006, Anorak has broken new grounds in terms of visual communication for children. It has a unique format consisting of brand new stories written and illustrated by contemporary illustrators, a ‘good stuff’ guide and some fun activities.

Anorak’s audience is a unique blend of style conscious parents and their kids aged between 5 and 10 years old with a median age of eight years old. All see Anorak as a fun and safe piece of pop culture that contributes to their budding creativity.

In 2009, Anorak launched The Anorak Press, a kids book publishing house, producing high quality activity books, colouring books and hardback books. It is now established and recognized as a publishing house that produces fun, positive, edu-entertainment books and magazines for kids. Anorak is available in French. It has also produced an iPhone app and is about to embark on the production of ANORAK TV, that will be released in January as an iPhone app and on Youtube/Vimeo.

In 2011, Anorak launched in the USA, with nationwide distribution in Barnes & Noble and independent bookshops, as well as gaining some press from GOOP, Huffington Post, Oh Deedoh & TIME Magazine (January 2012).
