Angus Wright (born 11th November 1964) is a British actor.

Biography

Angus Wright was born in Washington, D.C., the youngest child of Virginia and Patrick Wright. His father's career in the British Diplomatic Service took the family to the Lebanon, the United States, the U.K., Egypt, Bahrain, Luxembourg, Syria and Saudi Arabia.

Angus gained an M.A. in Art History at Edinburgh University and then trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama.[1]

He has worked extensively in theatre, film and television with directors including Ridley Scott, Katie Mitchell, Simon McBurney, David Yates, Nicholas Hytner, Jonathan Miller, Stephen Poliakoff, Kenneth Branagh, Marianne Elliott, Rowan Joffé and Steven Berkoff. He is represented by United Agents.[2]
