Greenlay's Sausage ... The famous Greenlay's sausage is made to the 1873 secret recipe. Greenlay’s Butchers closed down circa 19989 and the secret Greenlay’s Sausage recipe was auctioned off for £450 to a local Scarborough restaurateur John Senior.
