Awarded CSQA from Quality Assurance Institute, USA. Working towards a PMP examination from PMI Assessment Team Member for People CMM; have undergone Introduction to People CMM and ATM training from KPMG
Have undergone Project Manager’s training for DSDM at British Airways
Active member of PMI and SEI and have taken part in SEPG conferences in Delhi, India. Technically sound and involved in code reviews, optimisation, architecture design, and database design along with various activities of quality management, configuration management and Management reviews
Participate in organisation-building activities & process improvement initiatives – lead the People CMM Level 3 initiative at NIIT

Undertake initiatives in the form of white papers and approach papers on various topics, which are regularly published in common knowledge portal of the company
Experience in program management, and running business as a profit center
Experience in project management of client-server and internet-based projects
Extensive experience in the design and development of commercial applications like the trust and financial services sector, the loyalty programs sector, production planning and control system, financial accounting, inventory, payroll, examination processing, telephone and electricity billing, etc
