IP address used by the Kamen Rider vandal
This IP address has been used by an editor from Japan who does nothing but add obscure meanings related to Kamen Rider Blade to articles about playing cards. The articles have nothing to do with the topic, and the edits give no explanations or sourcing whatsoever. Initially the editor's IP address was stable for several weeks, but the editor never responded to messages, including a message in Japanese.
There seem to be similar, but perhaps not exactly the same, issues with this editor on the Japanese Wikipedia.

As the table shows, the editor is well aware of the blocks. Initially he waited them out patiently before resuming the disruptive behaviour, even when the IP address changed. If you block the most recent address, you might consider unblocking the previous one. Hans Adler 11:28, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
