胆道闭锁 胆道闭锁（biliary atresia，BA）是新生儿梗阻性黄疸的主要病因，其发病率约1：5000-1：15，000不等。目前临床主要通过Kasai手术行胆汁引流及术后糖皮质激素等辅助治疗，但其仅在部分患儿可以取得良好的预后，其中病因病理的不明确成为制约目前临床预后改善的瓶颈。
