Wikipedia is a curious 21st-century phenomenon. It is crowd-sourced, and therefore fallible. It has virtually replaced physical encyclopedias. It is editable by anyone, and therefore highly variable. I admire all the contributions that have been made to it by well-meaning, knowledgeable people. I enjoy fixing things and cleaning things up. I also enjoy doing research, and finding and verifying facts.
