Martha Lake Elementary School is a public elementary school located in Lynnwood, Washington. It is one of many elementary schools in the Edmonds School District and serves students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Tom Trexel is the current principal.

Martha Lake Elementary School was established in 1953. A newer school facility was constructed and put to use in 1993. The older building has since been demolished.
