I'm a professional technical editor, working in the field of higher education (currently employed part-time by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education). In previous roles I have edited arts reference works, commercial literature, and technical publications for an engineering firm.
I currently also edit, design, and write features for, a health and wellbeing magazine. When I have time I also write and illustrate short fiction; you would find it much more creative in style than this short biography, which I am deliberately keeping very simple and factual.
I like to contribute to the general pool of information on Wikipedia, based on my own experiences and knowledge. I am very committed to the idea that articles should be accurate and based on established facts rather than opinion.
