George Wadih Nehme (Arabic: جورج وديع نعمه) (born 3 January 1994), known as George Nehme (Arabic: جورج نعمه) is a Lebanese singer. He started his own solo career in 2001. He also enjoys playing the violin along other several instruments and arts.

Musical career

Being a Tenor Singer, George always had an indescribable passion for classical music. For this reason, he applied to study Opera art and Oriental music due to his oriental influences. He appeared in several important events and TV programs, such as concerts in Unesco Palace – Beirut, Palais des Congrès – Dbayeh, Sagesse School – Jdeideh, “St. Elie” Church – Antelias, Bekfaya Festival, St. George Church – Zalka, Oratorio De Notre Temps – Usek – Kaslik, Harissa, Salima and different other Lebanese countries… Not to forget his participation with the FSI Classical Orchestra conducted by Colonel Ziad Mrad. George Nehme also took part in different religious missions like Medjugorje, Harissa – Lebanon, Tv Charity, Future TV, Noursat, MTV Lebanon and TeleLumiere…

Personal Life

From the age of seven, George followed the footsteps of his grandfather (Elias Kiwan Abi- Fadel) who was an orchestra owner, conductor, and violin and oud teacher. George inherited from him his love for the violin and his gift for music, mentioning that his mother was also a soloist and sang in many choirs. In 2014, he has been admitted at The Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music.

George Has never neglected his passion for Technology for that he is currently studying and working in Computer Science major as Social Media Specialist juggling between music and digital world.
