On July 18, 2008 Shayana D. Kadidal filed a "status report" on behalf of Qari Saad Iqbal in Qari Saad Iqbal v. George W. Bush, Civil Action No. 06-CV-1688.^[2] Kadidal wrote that this petition was a duplicate of 06-CV-1674.
