User:Geo Swan/Guantanamo/Do American intelligence analysts know the difference between a regular traveler guest house and a criminal/terrorist safe house?

Another contributor raised a concern in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Suspect guest house, Jalalabad, that the wording

"American counter-terrorism analysts routinely conflated the concept of a guest house, a place for the open accommodation of visitors and travelers with that of a safe house, a place for hiding fugitives, or for hiding the travel of spies or criminals."

I used similar wording in several articles. As I wrote here I acknowledge that wording was problematic, and should either be referenced, or reworded. Geo Swan (talk) 14:24, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
