The Algerian House, in Peshawar, is reported to have been a guest house where individuals suspected of being jihadists stayed during their travels to Afghanistan.[1] Ilhem Rachidi, writing in the Asia Times, called it the "renowned Algerian house" reported that Ahmed Ressam, the "millenium bomber", and Zacarias Moussaoui stayed there.

Zacarias Moussaoui, a Moroccan born and raised in France, went to Chechnya in 1996 and to Afghanistan in 1998 and 1999.
