Steps for Baháʼí House of Worship edit

Essential:

Add the 2023 announcement of three more temples to the "History" section
Clarify meaning of continental/national/local temples
Rewrite/expand lead to reflect the article body

Optional:

Look for additional sources on the recently completed temples
Add more on the architecture of the Ashgabat temple
Mention persecution as a reason for the Iran temple not being constructed
