Noblet Media CIS, also known as NobletMedia is a PR and Communications company established in 2005 by Zhenya Pankratieva. The company is headquatered in Kyiv and Tbilisi with operations in the CIS, Eastern Partnership, and Central Asia countries, including Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Uzbekistan.[2][3] This agency is a affiliate of Edelman, world’s biggest independent PR company.[4]

The agency was founded in 2005. The current official Noblet Media CIS TM has been introduced in March of 2006.[5]

Since 2009 company has conducted an annual survey of wealthy consumers' attitudes and behavior, based on Edelman Trust Barometer approach. The survey title was CIS PR & Communications Guide.

In 2010 Noblet Media CIS was named the No.1 International PR company in Ukraine by the Ukrainian Advertising Coalition.

Noblet Media CIS is known for its expertise in communications and raising awareness campaigns in the CIS, Eastern Partnership, and Central Asia countries for international financial and donor organizations like EBRD, EU, E5P, NEFCO, ETF, EUAM (European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine)[6] and others. The projects include support in several areas, for example, in trainings, infrastructure, SME, and others, for example, Mayors for Economic Growth and Lviv Solid Waste treatment project.[7][8]

Founder edit

Zhenya Pankratieva (Yevheniia Pankratieva) is the CEO of Noblet Media CIS and Noblet CIS Business Etiquette and Protocol School. She holds ss Bachelor of Business Administration (ICU Kiev-Vienna) degree and an MBA in Finance and Economy (Ukrainian Institute of Economics). Mrs. Pankratieva graduated from The Protocol School of Washington and The English Manner in 2013 - 2014. She has more than 25 years of proven professional experience in public relations, communications, marketing and events, corporate business etiquette and protocol. She was adviser to the EBRD, The World Bank, Allianz Group, Bosch, Procter & Gamble, OSCE, British Council, MasterCard, McDonalds, Carlsberg, Shell, Chevron, Vattenfall, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, GSK, Bayer, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, SES, etc. Yevheniia Pankratieva was a member of the International Public Relations Association (task manager of the CIS region), the European Association of Communication Directors, ACC (American Chamber of Commerce).[11]

She has 25 years of experience in the PR and communications industry, starting her career with the Independent Agency, a USA - Ukraine partnership.[12] Then Zhenya Pankratieva worked for Infocom - Controlware Joint Venture as marketing and communications expert and for PRP Weber Shandwick Ukraine as a General Manager.

Uzbekistan edit

In 2018 The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the OECD, with the support of the UNDP, organized a two-day seminar in Bishkek on Business Integrity and Compliance in State-Owned Enterprises. More than 50 experts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan gathered to discuss business standards and anti-corruption tools in state-owned enterprises. This is the second seminar on this topic, organized by the Noblet Media CIS team in the region.[27]

The first agency’s big survey was conducted in 2009.[28] Next survey was published in 2011.[29]

The survey on lifestyle and financial views of middle and upper-middle class in 6 CIS countries conducted by Noblet Media CIS in partnership with Info Sapiens research agency became an annual edition.[30][31][32][33][34][35]

In 2010 Noblet Media CIS published PR directory Ukraine - Who is who in the Ukrainian public relations industry. 55 professionals (26 from Ukrainian companies, 25 from international, and 4 from the media were included in the directory. These are IT/Telecom, real estate, finance, FMCG, energy, manufacturing, mass media, auto, pharmaceuticals, restaurants) from the most prominent Ukrainian and international companies, as well as from the sphere of the business media.[36]

The following year, the company created Top 100 of communication professionals in Ukraine.[37]
