Schistosomiasis

Based on the information I found in these sources and how it compared to the article as it stands, I would add a few different details.

One; Schistosomiasis is also known as Bilharzia (in the intro section)

Two; Which species are primarily responsible for causing the disease as well as where these different species are more relevant. (Epidemiology)

Third; I would add a section on how the disease is transmitted from snail to humans. (New section -> Transmission)

Fourth; I would add that by 2014 more than 61.6 milliion people were treated for Schistosomiasis into the History section.
