FunnyOddSongs is a Musical Comedy act from Melbourne, Australia known for their music, comedy and being from Melbourne, Australia.

Most people haven’t heard of FOS prior to the 13th of July 2011. This situation didn’t really change after that date either. (FOS stands for FunnyOddSongs if you haven’t figured it out. Oh, you have? Well, pardon me. Can I please continue now? Thank you. Jerk!)

The FOS experienced early friction when the guitarist tricked the rap vocalist into thinking that he would actually play guitar at a certain time, but didn’t. The guitarist also tried to steer FOS into the direction the lyricist didn’t want to go into, by suggesting changing the focus of FOS from being Musical Comedy act from Melbourne, Australia to uploading videos of dogs tilting their heads or something.

The first FOS upload to YouTube was entitled ‘Full-time Drunk’ and was very much ironically conceived, written and recorded sober. FOS lyricist commented on this occasion by saying: ‘I'm a tragic tortured soul trapped in general public's misappreciation of my creative genius!!! :) Bwahaha! :)’ which clearly implied the deep emotional issues on the part of the said lyricist.

Within the first 24 hours of FOS existence, when contemplating FOS future the main FOS vocalist opined: ‘just let it die and move onto something else’.

A well-known connoisseur of all things irrelevant, widely known in narrow circles as AshPad, provided a scathing critique of early FOS work by saying: ‘Yes, I have watched the videos…pretty…drunk…in India’ This was one of the more clear communications to come out of AshPad for some time.

FOS received an average of 1,400+ views in their first two weeks. Or more. Or less. Stupid YouTube was broken, so there, this paragraph is ruined. What can I say now? Cheese on toast.

FOS is currently looking for an agent, a manager, food and shelter.

In their spare time, FOS enjoys candle-lit dinners, relaxing by the fireplace and arson.

FOS home is here: www.youtube.com/FunnyOddSongs. Please ring the doorbell twice, once you get there. Bring cake. We would be more than happy to see you :)
