My Little Pony Meets Littlest Pet Shop is a crossover between My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the 2012 series Littlest Pet Shop. The crossover aired as part of the An!MalTastic! marathon which aired at 6:00PM at Eastern Central Time on a Saturday on September 19, 2015 on Discovery Family and the fifth to feature a crossover with Littlest Pet Shop and My Little Pony, the first being the My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop Mashup crossover on June 3, 2011 which aired at 04:30PM on The Hub. Both crossovers featured Twilight Sparkle as the main My Little Pony, but only My Little Pony Meets Littlest Pet Shop featured Blythe as the main Littlest Pet Shop character.
At the start of the crossover Twilight Sparkle promises Fluttershy that she would be safe around everyone else when she sees a portal leading to Littlest Pet Shop, forcing her and her friends (Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack) to go through it. They are spooked out when they meet Blythe and the rest of the characters from Littlest Pet Shop. Twilight Sparkle says Hi to Blythe and then she says her name. As a result, Blythe does the same thing. This resulted in a crush with them.
The crossover ran for 30 minutes, right before an episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
