José Raul Teixeira (Niteroi, October 7, 1949), better known as Raul Teixeira, is an educator, speaker and medium Brazilian, considered one of the main promoters of the Spiritist Doctrine today.
Biography edit
Raul Teixeira PhD is one of the greatest names behind the Spiritist Doctrine in the world today. Mr. Teixeira has spoken in more than 35 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Americas. A Professor of Physics, Raul Teixeira also holds a Doctorate in Education and has dedicated his life to the dissemination of Spiritism. Raul has 21 books published and continues to produce many works through automatic writing. In 1988 Mr.Teixeira founded ”Remanso Fraterno”, a non-profit institution which provides basic care and education for at-risk youth and their parents. Today, more than 650 people benefit from free medical, dental, and psychological care provided at ‘Remanso Fraterno” while receiving both an education and moral support with which to improve their lives.
