Syed Abdullah Shah
Introduction
editSyed Abdullah Shah was a former Chief Minister of Sindh who belonged to Pakistan People's Party. He is father of Syed Murah Ali Shah who is an MPA in Sindh Assembly. Mr. Shah who was born on Dec 11, 1934 served the office of Chief Minister from 1993 to 1996 under the government of Benazir Bhutto.
About
editSyed Abdullah Shah held from Village Wahur in Bhan Syedabd, Sindh. He was one of the founders of Pakistan People's Party and played an important role in Movement for the Restoration of Democracy (MRD). Mr. Shah served as Chief Minister of Sindh from 1993 to 1996, while he also served as the senator in 1988. His tenure witnessed an operation against Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Death of his own brother as well as Murtaza Ali Bhutto, the then Brother of Prime Minister.
Death
editMr Shah died of cancer at the age of 73 after lingering ill-health on APR 14, 2007. He left 2 sons and 5 daughters along with his wife. Whereas he remained last two years of his life under treatment at hospital.
