Brief CV: Male, born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on 18-Nov-1970. Studied political science at Leiden University, but dropped out after two years. Conscripted into Royal Netherlands Army in Jun-1993, demobilized Aug-1994. Worked for the Office of The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in various capacities from 1997 until 2001. Moved to the United States in Oct-2002. Currently a full-time student at The Evergreen State College; also works as a volunteer tour guide at Wolf Haven International.
Particular areas of interest: military history (notably 20th century), international humanitarian law.
