Hi, I'm Ethnopunk.

Ethnopunk is what happens when punk goes tribal. It's a term I coined to describe the hybrid culture that permeates South Africa. More of a design statement than an effort at rekindling teenage rebellion, ethnopunk is an attitude towards stuff I find on the internet. To ethnopunk something, is to return the said object to its roots on the African continent. A necessary corrective to the much vaunted cyberpunk movement.
