The model advocate for four main elements in not for profit programs conception and implementation.
1- Engage stakeholders by understanding their interests, and finding what falls in the shared values.
2- Educate to bring the stakeholders on the same page and ensure they understand the problem and the possible solutions
3- Equip them with tools to solve the social problem
4- Expand, a stage that follows evaluation and scale up if you are satisfied. Eugene S believes that a business start making sense when expanding...
Though the model is still to be tested, the three colleagues argue that the model will be lead to sustainability.
The team led by Eugene S, envision to carry out rigorous test of this model in the future... more to come.
