I'm a web developer and designer living in Seattle. Though relatively new on Wikipedia, I'm fascinated by the concept and interested in helping. My interests/areas of expertise include History (particularly European and Japanese), Genealogy, Science Fiction and Web Development.
I have a degree in Japanese Regional Studies from the Jackson School of International Studies, a degree I've never used. I've worked as a banker, web developer and game designer. I enjoy computer games and I've worked as a designer on Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge and Forza Motorsport.
I have a strong interest in history and other cultures. As part of that interest, one of my major hobbies is Genealogy. I'm tracing my family tree and had the opportunity to visit such wonderfuly exotic places as Blandinsville in Illinois and see where my several-times-great grandfather is buried. I'm discovering Wikipedia has some good links and information about places to assist me in my research.
