Mr. Clean is a user script that enhances the MediaWiki user interface to allow the insertion of a set of cleanup templates into articles through a slick, dynamic interface without having to visit the edit page.
Usage edit
The script loads a [note] link next to every section [edit] link in the article that can be used to activate the template picker. Can then be used to select the appropriate cleanup template for that section of the article. After the insert button has been clicked, MrClean will insert the template at the desired location in the article.
Installation edit
- Add the following lines to your your /common.js file.

- Make sure to bypass your cache (usually, this means simply reloading the page)
- Try it out in the Sandbox
