Richard Honeyford (died 1957) was a Toronto lawyer and municipal politician. He was elected to Toronto City Council for Ward 1 in 1918-19.

He was born in Ireland, came to Toronto as an infant and was educated at Park School, Jarvis Collegiate Institute, the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall. He was called to the bar in 1911 and set up practice in Toronto. He was appointed a Q.C.

Honeyford married Edith Hale. He was secretary of the Central Canada Ratepayers. By religion, he was a member of the Second Church of Christ, Scientist, in Toronto. Honeyford died 6 December 1957 age 74 at Toronto.
