History edit

Campione d'Italia edit

In Campione d'Italia, Ingeborg Henze-Ketterer and Wolfgang Henze founded the Galleria Henze in 1970. This specialized in prints of German Expressionism, German Abstraction of the 1950s and by living artists. In close cooperation with the Roman Norbert Ketterer Gallery, which was also run in the Italian exclave by their father and father-in-law respectively, the gallery showed exhibitions and published catalogs of artworks by the artists represented. Together they also managed the copyrights of Ernst Ludwig Kirchner and kept an archive of the artist's works.
