Adding relevant information is always good, even when you are "forced" to do it. A logo can give much information about a organisation, often more than a album cover gives information about a band. Only with a good discussion we can get away without using it. The logo's in "Surinaamse Padvindsters Raad" are simple enough to write a good discussion without doing original research.
