Bro. Manuel Mergulhao (born March 11, 1958) is the founder of Bro. Manuel Ministries, an interdenominational ministry; and Rhema Trust, a charitable organization based in Mumbai. He has also authored several books, including The Government of God.

Bro. Manuel Ministries organizes retreats, fellowship meetings, healing services, seminars and outreach programs in Mumbai and its satellite cities, the Middle East (Dubai), and other parts of South Asia. His television program, Live in the Spirit, is broadcast daily to 700 million people in 87 million homes worldwide over both Christian and non-Christian television networks such as MiracleNet, CVO and Holy God Channel. Thousands gather for the weekly prayer meetings BMM organizes in Mumbai and Dubai.
Rhema Trust edit
Rhema Trust, a Mumbai-based charitable organization affiliated to Bro. Manuel Ministries, was established in 1996 to sustain citizens living below the poverty line. Rhema Trust partners with grassroot organizations, such as Lions Club International, corporates and individuals to provide food, shelter and clothing to the poor and needy, and financial and educational assistance to children. Besides organizing free medical camps and rehabilitating alcoholics and drug addicts, Rhema Trust also works with the aged and orphans.
