Ralph Leroy Parshall (July 2, 1881, Golden, Colorado - December 29, 1959, Fort Collins, Colorado) engineer. Inventor of a flow-measuring device that became commonly known as the Parshall flume.

Parshall was born in Golden on July 2, 1881. He received his B.S. in civil and irrigation engineering from Colorado Agricultural College (now Colorado State University) in 1904.
