After using Wikipedia for many years and occasionally contributing bits and pieces as an anonymous IP-address, I decided to make an account.
Although I took some philosophy courses in college, I was primarily trained as a scientists in the natural and medical sciences and have a PhD in that area. Nevertheless, I have always had a broad interest in philosophy, psychology, sociology, politics, history etc., and I am still reading and learning a lot about all of these subjects.
I know the academic world and scientific method well, having published in, and peer reviewed for, several well-known journals.
