Don Roff (born 1966, Walla Walla, Washington) is a writer and filmmaker.

Roff grew up in Milton-Freewater, Oregon (outside Walla Walla), where he worked at the local drive-in theater and made Super 8 movies with his neighborhood friends. He attended McLoughlin Union High School (Mac-Hi) and graduated in 1985. After briefly attending Walla Walla Community College after high school and working aimless jobs, Roff joined the United States Army in 1989. After attending Airborne and Ranger schools in Fort Benning, GA, he was stationed at the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment at Benning. In December 1989, he was a part of Operation Just Cause in Panama.

Roff left the army in 1993 and returned to Walla Walla Community College, graduating in 1995. In 1997, he graduated from The Evergreen State College (B.A. in Communications). He moved to Seattle that same year.

In June 2006, Roff received the Zola Award for screenwriting from the Pacific Northwest Writers Association. He currently resides in Seattle.
