I don't think there's any page on Wikipedia about the Plutus Payroll tax scam.
There is certainly nothing on Wikipedia about the two minicomputers the Australian Government funded back in 1987-1989 and gave as development aid to the Inland Revenue Department in Western Samoa. This bit of history carries a warning to organisations taking up IT systems.
Another story. Note Printing Australia chose Western Samoa as one of its testing grounds for polymer banknotes - I believe at no cost to Western Samoa - before moving on to larger countries.
