Imperial Holdings Limited is a South African transport and logistics company. Its divisions and subsidiaries range from car dealerships to cargo airlines. The corporate head office is in Bedfordview, Johannesburg and the CEO is Mark Lamberti.[1] The company is listed (JSE: IPL) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.[2]
