Dixx.

Dixx did a few things in life. Mainly he worked and raised a family.

Dixx has been developing expertise in bullying behaviour (aka - mobbing) as experienced from the POV of the target. He is keen to share this with people researching the topic.

Such experience has been gathered in the Military, Health and Police services in the UK. It is hoped one day through all the research and peoples experience that a recognisable offence will enter the statutes.

Dixx admires the late Dr Tim Field who stood out and exposed the nature of this human trait. Tim's great achievement was to make it possible for people to evaluate what is going on and to realise how to deal with it. A well known phenomenon in people is denial - Tim has enabled people to see beyond denial and that is remarkable.

On the positive side, working as an army radio operator, trainer, IT (and radio systems) project manager, change manager, systems analyst etc has been enjoyable in the main, and having a great hobby like amateur radio, a thoroughly effective partner, and some brilliant friends and children have made life very interesting.

Dixx is qualified as follows, and is a member of the following professional bodies: Graduate of the City and Guilds Institute in Information Technology, Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Member of the City and Guilds Association, Member of the British Computer Society. (And also a member of the Radio Society of Great Britain).
