My name is Tyler Morgan and "digismack" is my online alias. I was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I have been an avid computer gamer since I attended a LAN party in my hometown back in 1999. I made friends with a group of gamers from my hometown and was introduced to QuakeCon in 2000. After attending QuakeCon for several years I worked my way up to event staff. In the 2003 event I assisted with tournament coverage via XCast, at the 2004 event I was the Doom 3 Tournament Director and in 2005 I became the Director of Information and PR for the tourney area.
During the 2003 event I met up with a group of guys from a company called YouPlayGames N.V. I was extended a job offer by the company and was flown down to Curacao, Netherlands Antilles to work for them a few weeks after the event. Unfortunately, the company ran into problems and was shut down in March of 2004. Luckily I was able to meet a few great people who were interested in creating a new company based around similar technology. I have lived in Curacao for five years. My official title while working for MyGameRoom was "Chief Gaming Officer".
I now live in Dallas, TX and work for Trivie, Inc - _the_ mobile trivia game.
